[Snowball] Thick fog the snowballs

Thanks Bill.
I really think we should make a new list. we should only include those who are still interested. only include those who are serious.
I am surprised at how quickly so many of them dropped out, after expressing great enthusiasm.

 Circumstances do sometimes change for people, and that can't be avoided, but 
we need to make sure that anyone on the list is likely to stay for a few months at least, and that they are still responding to e-mails.
