That is about as close as you get to "tracking" with those folks.

Ok, I'll start watching the Post Office Box for it. I usually only 
check the box about twice
a week (which minimizes my grief at receiving bills), but I'll hit it a 
few more times this
week. Will the package have a tracking number that can be used to track 
it through the
mail?
