[SMIRK] SMIRK Contest 2012 Rules out now...

ok,   to clarify,,   and I did try to get the smirk contact as per their 
web site to no avail--
there appears to be to me a least at confusion here--it appears that if 
you do not have a smirk # to work any who--then on down in the rules,, 
it appears that if you do not have smirk number your contact counts for 
zip..
please  clariify  the rules--I do not have a smirk number, if I count 
for zip,,, why bother??
