[SMCARA] SMCARA.groups.io web page

 Greetings everyone,

I wanted to make another call for everyone to check out the smcara.groups.io
page we have started.  It has been active for about a month now.

There is a public space where all are welcome and we also have a SMCARA
club space for SMCARA members.

If you are not familiar with groups.io, it is like a bulletin board, email,
calendar and file repository all in one.  You can find news, 4sale,
pictures, events and conversations.

Groups.io is a great place to find information on many other things.  I did
a search for Ham Radio and found over 600 groups.  This is likely a group
for every current radio and operating modes.
