I have 8 Power Sonic Model PS-1270 F1   12 volt, 7.0 Amp. Hr. Sealed rechargeable batteries that are available for a new home.  They are 3 years old and were used as backup in the door control system at the Hollywood Vol. Fire Department.  They are all in good condition and just waiting to be rescued from the recycle department.
