[SMCARA] Computer donations

Everyone-SMARTCO... that's it.  Thanks much.
Ren-  I will probably take precautions to do the thorough wipe, but probably
won't remove the hard drive.  What's the use in donating the compooper if
one of the primary components has been removed?  If somebody wants to
recover the wiped data of k-12 student essays and pictures... will that's
allot of effort for the return.  This was not a SCIF computer. 

Sam-  Good point and I made a note last night to get the compooper specs out
to all just in case somebody from the club might want it.  

It is NOT a laptop.  It is a desktop.   
Lenovo, with a Core i3-8100 3.6o GHz processor.  8GB RAM  and 930GB useful
of hard drive. 

If the club wants it, or if somebody in the club want it... you can have it.

Yes, they moved to the old telephone, or maybe electric company building,
that the rescue mission was recently trying to buy (maybe Medinski Drive, in
Lex Pk)?  Since it is now empty, that must mean they have moved again.
If anyone finds out where these guys (SMARTCO) are, let us all know.  They
got hold of some real cool things donated by the base too (tons of stuff).
Had a couple great "yard sales."

Mr. PPG, please tell us about your surplus 2020 laptop.  Processor, etc.
It might have a ham application somewhere.
