[SMCARA] Website Changes

We are in the process of moving away from GoDaddy to save cost.  Most, if
not all, of the content was able to be moved to the new website.  The
temporary url for the new website is k3hki.n3ak.com and is active.  Once
the transfer of k3hki.org is complete, the new website will be redirected
to k3hki.org.


You will notice a few changes in the new website.

First is that the Theme we have been using is no longer supported so it was
decided to change to a new/supported Theme.  It is similar in format but
has a different look.

Second, I've also taken the opportunity to organize the top-level menu.
All the content is still there and should be able to be located.

More changes are planned and will be rolled out when time permits to
implement them.
