[SMCARA] KB3FWW Silent Key

Good Evening SMCARA, We received word today that Ray Brown, KB3FWW has passed away. I don't have a lot of detail but I do know that he was ill in December and passed away in early January. Ray was a very dedicated ham over the years helping out in a lot of different ways, and put in a lot of years and effort supporting the County's ARES/RACES program. I'll put out more information if/when I receive any.
