[SMCARA] ARES Net Reminder

  This is a reminder of the St. Mary's County ARES net taking place  tonight at 1930 on the 147.195 (PL: 156.7) repeater. We'll get back into sending traffic using the AARL Radiogram. We've done a lot with Winlink lately, good to keep the voice traffic practice up as well.
