[SMCARA] Grid FM25 active - info for 6m grid chasers

AF2F in Grid FM25 has been active on 6 m digital MSK144 WSJT 50.260 these
last few days.
Grids FM13 & FM25 seem to be the most difficult FM grids to find an active
station - usually only by rover stations.
If you're not familiar: MSK144 is a digital meteor scatter mode that covers
out to ~1000 miles - should help local grid chasers complete FM & FN and
many EM/EN grids.
