At the estate of WA3WIX is 100 foot of standing Rohn-45 tower with a six 
element beam on top.  The Rohn-45 tower and antenna must be removed and 
dispose of within the next 30 days. Two options offered:  (a)  You take 
it down, haul it off and it's yours; or (b) It would cosrt about $4700 
for AA1K (from Delaware) to de-construct it.  You put up $2350 and the 
estate will put up the other $2350.  Once it's on the ground, it's yours

Considering that new a Rohn-45 10-foot section is at least $360 plus 
shipping, $2350 is a good return on investment. The ancillaries such as
