[SMCARA] Silent Key Dick Wilson’s Radio Estate

All,

I collected several hundred pounds of radio equipment from silent key Dick Wilson’s estate last summer and have been holding it until the pandemic was far enough in the rearview mirror. Unfortunately, it seems as though a truly “safe” day may not be in the foreseeable future and I would like to be able to reclaim space in my garage. 

The sheer amount of it makes it difficult to take to a hamfest or tailgate event to give out, so I would like to invite whoever may be interested to stop by and pick through the tubs and tubs of equipment for anything they might be interested through until next weekend. All of everything is free to a hammy home.

There is a massive assortment of everything from tubes to radios to mics to frequency generators to power supplies to decade boxes to an assortment of DC motors and generic hobby electronics. I am limited in space, so anything that isn’t claimed soon will be recycled.

Please feel free to forward this to other radio heads in the area too. I’d prefer to have folks over this holiday weekend if possible, but I we could likely work something out on a weeknight if needed. I only ask that folks be willing to mask up due to our older club demographic and our members’ relationships to the base.
