[SMCARA] ARES Net & Winlink Wednesday

Good Evening! 

 This is areminder of the St. Mary's County ARES net taking place tomorrow night, 10/21at 1930 on the 147.195 (PL: 156.7) repeater. We will continue to pass trafficusing the ARRL Radiogram so if anyone wants to generate a test message to send,please do! We will also discuss our in-person meeting planned for 11/6, 1000 atthe NAS Museum.

 

Also, we have talkedabout starting a Winlink Wednesday so I think now is a good time to do so. Mythought is we do it twice a month on the Weds before the ARES net, that willallow us to discuss it on the net the following night. For this first go at it,everyone can send me a standard message from Winlink. As we go along, we willwork with different forms, etc each time. And hopefully after our nextin-person meeting we will have more people on RF.
