The Southern Maryland Amateur Radio Club (SMARC) will be hosting a ZOOM 
presentation by Paul Topolski, W1SEX. Mr. Topolski is the ARRL Western 
Massachusetts Section Technical Specialist. He has an interesting 
presentation on the history of Heathkit and brings exceptional knowledge 
to the table on this most interesting subject. SMARC invites the SMCARA 
membership to join and enjoy this ZOOM presentation. It will be held on 
Friday, 09April2021

Heathkit is the brand name of kits and other electronic products 
produced and marketed by the Heath Company. They manufactured electronic 
kits from 1947 until 1992 that included Amateur Radio equipment. They 
were sold in kit form for assembly by the purchaser. Many novice 
enthusiast gained a solid understanding of electronics with them
