[SMCARA] Tropical Storm Elsa and ARES

Good Evening Folks, As you know, we have a tropical storm coming through the area this evening. The conditions are not forecasted to be very severe but we could have some localized flooding. All ARES team members and anyone that would like to help out should prepare by having all their batteries charged up, radios ready to go, etc. 
 We will monitor the main St. Mary's County ARES repeater, 147.195 (PL: 156.7). If there is any need for communications support, the announcement will go out on this email reflector and on the repeater. If the repeater is down, we will switch to simplex on the repeater output frequency, 147.195. I will be on the repeater some tonight but we also have a Zoom session at 1930.
