[SMCARA] Subject: Forest Service Fee

What does anyone think of the Forest Service Administration

Fee that is being proposed? This is from the ARRL web  site and

they really didn't expand on it. It sounds like they are trying to get

more funds for the maintenance and upkeep of the existing

structures in the forest.

Just wondering if anyone has any more data on this.
