[SMCARA] Tailgate food vendor - estimate number of attendees?

Folks:
 Thanks much for the great response in mentioning possible food vendors.
 - any ideas as to how many folks we might expect throughout the day?
I seem to recall 2019 that the vendor had a fairly constant flow of
customers, or at least the few times I noticed (plus 2x waiting for a
customer to finish his order).
Please provide a "guess" so I can pass the rough number on to potential
vendors.
