Good morning, SMCARA members. I hope this email finds you well. The purpose
of this message is to invite all members to check in to the Tuesday evening
net. KF7AWC is this week's net control. We are planning our annual Tailgate
Fest for the fall. This past Sunday,  KB2SKP and I went to the Berryville
Hamfest. On the Virginia fone net that night, the event got very mixed
reviews.
In light of this and our own upcoming event, my topic for the net is: what
makes a good hamfest?
Please try to be specific.  What types of vendors, food,  accommodation,
etc. get you excited?  What annoys you? Is there anything that you have
always wanted to see at a hamfest, but haven't?
Dig deep on this one, Hams! The more input we have, the better the chance
of experiencing that PERFECT Hamfest you have always dreamed of.
