The FCC and the ARRL have come up with new exposure rules. These go into
effect May 1 of this year. The ARRL site has a couple of
links, where you can go and find the new instructions.  You can also
download a 315 page copy of, "RF and You", which contains the
instructions, instructions on how to fill out the forms, and a copy of
all the forms that you may need .  I believe that there is  two years to
file an update. The new rules encompass all amateurs and their
stations.
