      I hope this email finds you well and you're just as excited for the 
annual STEAM Day as I am!

This year's event will primarily take place out on the flight line, 
please bring a canopy for shade. We will not have any food trucks at 
this event so please plan to bring a lunch and drinks.

If it is inclement weather I have a plan to place everyone inside 
utilizing the two buildings, however, if you do not feel comfortable 
being inside we can look at a different weekend to invite you back for a 
smaller weekend event.

Friday the 23rd I'll be available at the museum from 4:00 pm till 6:00 
pm if you would like to drop your items off early. They will be labeled 
and safely locked in the museum overnight, I encourage you to take 
advantage of this. Early drop-off definitely eases the stress of the 
morning rush. And you'll be able to check out your spot on the Flight  
Line.

Saturday the 24th, STEAM Day! The museum will be open to vendors at 8 
am, we open to the public at 10 am. Please have your displays ready to 
go by then.

We will have tables and chairs ready but not in place, then can be set 
up in your vendor's spot the morning of.

Parking, as most of you know, our parking lot is small. If you park in 
the first row of spots only utilize this for morning drop-off and plan 
to move your vehicle back a row or two.

COVID- Everyone must wear a mask at all times both inside and outside of 
the building. If you display is a touchable surface please clean it in 
between guest arriving at your booth.
