Please everyone check your equipment for a stuck mike, etc. There is a steady carrier transmitting on 146.64, not on the 146.04 input. I have disabled the K3HKI repeater, so that is not the source. The backup repeater on base is also offline. 

If anyone has direction finding (Fox hunting) capability , here is a real world opportunity to track it down!
