Hello, Frostfest vendors. On behalf of the team, I hope that all of you are doing very well in these trying times we are in.

  

I am writing to you today to inform you that the organization that sponsors Frostfest - the Richmond Amateur Telecommunications Society (RATS, Inc.) - along with the Frostfest Committee, have decided to cancel Frostfest for February 2021. We have looked at all concerns in front of us, and the most important one is the health and welfare of you and your family, as well as the health and welfare of those attending the show as vendors and patrons. We could not in good conscience go forth with so many uncertainties in the months ahead. The other issues stemming from the facility requirements and outside companies no longer being able to support the show has not helped.

  

Please be assured that we very much look forward to seeing everyone again in 2022! We will be using the same location at the Richmond Raceway Complex, and look forward to providing you all with the same quality of vendor and attendee experience that you have come to expect from Frostfest.

  

We will be making the official announcement on the Frostfest website and Facebook page soon. We wanted you to know prior to those public announcements so that the news would not be a surprise.

  

We hope you have a safe and healthy holiday season with family and friends. If you have a web presence and you would like for us to link to your site from the show webpage, please let us know, and we will be happy to send customers your way.
