[SMCARA] Potomac River Half Marathon Comm Support

Good Morning SMCARA! Well the Potomac River Half Marathon is coming up soon and we have been asked to provide communications support again. In the past it was a full marathon but this year, they have decided to make it a half marathon. 
The event takes place on Sunday, 8 March with an initial start time of 0715. The start/finish line is located at the Harry Lundeberg School of Seamanship in Piney Point. We normally cover the course well with HT's and mobiles using the 147.390 repeater. 
For the event this year,  we need a volunteer to organize the communications support and interface with the race leader to get everything setup. So if anyone is willing to step up and take the lead, let me know :)
