[SMCARA] Tech Exam

Hi SMCARA:

Thank you again for the warm welcome. It has been great meeting 
everyone, and I really appreciate the kind words, gestures, and words of 
encouragement!

I am very pleased to announce that as of five minutes ago, I have passed 
my technician's exam. I was told to expect my call sign to be assigned 
in a few days (I was expecting it to take two weeks!).

I'll be keeping an eye out for it, and I look forward to meeting and 
talking with all of you on the local repeaters very soon!
