[SMCARA] TailgateFest Oct 5, 2019

Hi All

For planning purposes can we please check with our friends across the river next year and try not to schedule the tailgate fest the same weekend as the Montross Fall Festival (usually the first weekend in October).

Not sure why the date changed but it would be nice to find a weekend that doesn't conflict.

If there is anything that I can do to help please let me know.
