Hi All,

The following antenna is available from a local estate:

SteppIR 3 Element with the 30/40 meter dipole driven element kit
installed.  The antenna is on the ground.

Condition:  Fiberglas and metal are in good condition.  Wiring has incurred
UV damage, so the buyer is looking at a rewire (at minimum). There are no
indications of mechanical damage (to the motors, etc.) Good manuals are
available to the purchaser and on line.  Includes "Fluidmotion" IR
controller (the earliest model) and some length of control cable. This
antenna is apparently off the tower to renew the seals and wiring
(materials to do so are on hand).  There are no further parts on hand that
might indicate internal mechanical issues.

My take:  This is an outstanding project, but it is that ... a project.  To
scope the effort, look at the 3 element manual (first at the top)  and the
earlier 30/40 meter conversion manual (not the one revised in 2013) here:

Asking price is $300 (~1/10 the current new price).

I will be glad to accompany interested parties for a visit.  More items to
follow.
