[SMCARA] 64 Repeater Status

The new repeater is now operating from the NAS Pax location.  

First QSO goes to Steve, KA3WAP! The report is that it sounds good, with the exception that the courtesy tone and computer voice are a little hot.  Actually, the courtesy beep is painful!  I'll fix it tomorrow when I go out to the site around 1300.

Try it out on the net tonight and let me know your observations. I found that I had to turn up the volume to hear Steve well and that, of course, made the courtesy tone higher.  An important item is to make the input-versus output levels as even as possible, then we want the beeps slightly less.

It appears to be in the non CTCSS mode right (carrier access) and I'll fix that and the tone level later.  I also think that it is transmitting the 146.2 CTCSS for those of you using tone squelch on receive.  Let me know if you are not receiving the repeater transmit CTCSS.
