[SMCARA] 64 Repeater

The repeater has been sounding pretty good lately.  How about trying it out on the net tonight?

Then, give me some feedback on how it is doing.

1. How does the repeated audio sound in comparison with the computer voice announcements?
2. Is the distortion gone or is there still some in there.
3. The deviation for the repeater is set for 3.5 KHz, which is normal.  How does HKI sound, level-wise, compared to other repeaters? i.e., do you have to turn up or down your volume compared to other machines?
