[SMCARA] Elections

The following people have been asked and accepted a nomination for this evenings elections.

Vice President  Rob Hoyt N2OMC, Secretary  Jayne McNutt W4VJU, Treasure  Rene Ramirez W3BNY and Walt Rupp W3GYT.  There has not been anyone step up and volunteer to take the Presidents position, so it will remain open until someone decides to do so.  We do not have specific contingencies written into the constitution or by laws for such instances, so if other steps need to be taken we can discuss that at this evenings meeting.  Ballots will be passed out at the meeting, with a write in spot for president.  If anyone receives a vote, I will check with them and make sure that they would be willing to take the position.

Since this email is last minute, I do apologize for anyone that wanted to vote over email.  We will not be publishing the results until Sunday night to get the word out and to have a quorum of members vote. Please consider attending this evening.  Thank you.
