[SMCARA] Elections

Good day fellow hams.  I hope everyone is able to enjoy this beautiful weather.
We have had a few interested parties in some of the offices, but still no one has stepped up to volunteer for the role of president.  Please do not let the 2-year term deter you.  This is a hobby, not a job.  Missing a meeting or two is understandable, as life often throws you for a loop.  We need to just get back to having fun as hams, and great discussions, show and tell, just general good times.  So please consider running for the office.  Or talk to you favorite person and convince them that they would be a good fit.
Also, if you look on the website, we have a member list. It may not be fully updated, as we have had some new members.  But it is 95 percent accurate.   If you know some of those members that have not been attending for a while, and have their contact info, drop them a line.  We would love to make the October meeting a homecoming of sorts, since it is the election meeting.  And would love to see some of the “old” faces and maybe some new ones.  Lets do this!!
