That's an interesting question.  Receiving a QSL is a somewhat rare occurrence with K3HKI.  As far as I know we don't even have any QSL cards! 
We do have QSL cards for K3NAL and K3NHK, for which I handle the QSL manager duties.

Someone who is clever with a computer could probably gen up card and print a few.  The photo cards that I got for NAL and NHK were about $60 or so for 500, so that is a possibility, although not a very economical one in the case of "onesies" and "twosies" like this.
