[SMCARA] Important decision.

Good morning all.

I have a problem.  That problem is that I want to help too much.  I dive 
into something then something else and then something else.  Suddenly, I 
find out that I am in over my head.  That is the case in SMCARA.  I 
cannot effectively be treasurer and W5YI test coordinator for the 
county.  I thought I could, I wish I could.  I have to divest one of 
them to give all my effort instead of two and watching one of them fall 
off.  With that, I have decided that I will divest the testing 
coordinator.  I will contact the test authority and inform them of such. 
  Here is someones chance to take over.  I hope that one of you out there 
in SMARCA land that can take on the duties will step up so I can give 
them a wy5i member to take my place.

I'm sorry to have let everyone down as a test coordinator and missing 
opportunities to bring in new and upgraded amateurs but I hope to be a 
much better treasurer for it.
