Again, Meeting is tonight at 7PM

Please see the meeting agenda and expenditure list below.  The expenditure list will be voted on tonight at the meeting.  I am not calling it a budget since it is not a true budget in the sense that we are not showing all the inputs and outputs of the club.  This is just a list of expenditures that needed to be voted on to free up the treasure to pay for the items as the come due. A more detailed budget is being worked on and hopefully will be completed soon.
I apologize for all the emails but the way the reflector is set up the amount of information that can be put into one email is limited.  We can not do attachments or pictures, so it is all copy and paste.

Discussion: Vote on Expenditures list.  This is not an outright budget, just a list of yearly expenditures that need club approval so we do not have to have a vote for these items.

Request by Lisa Recto for Marathon support on March 11th.  Volunteers for anyone to head up this item, get in contact with Lisa, and coordinate with club volunteers.
