[SMCARA] 64 Repeater

All,

I took the main site repeater down today and activated the backup repeater located on the base.  The backup has a bit longer delay for the courtesy beep (aka "squelch tail") and the ID is only CW.  Not a big difference since the old repeater lost all the timing, voice,  and ID functions!

As it is only 25 watts into a unity gain antenna at 100 feet, the coverage will be a bit down from the Hermanville site. 

Please give it a go and see how it works.  I got a good signal report fro W1JD in Golden Beach, so it is not too shabby.  Don't expect HT coverage from your basement in Hollywood though! We should have good coverage with a 25 watt rig to an outside antenna within 20-25 miles. HT coverage? We'll see!
