Hi gang!

I got on six meter FT-8 around 22Z tonight and there were the usual 
stations up and down the East coast, even some 9s and zeroes. But then, 
I saw this weak signal start to come in, so I cursored over to it on the 
waterfall and waited.  All of a sudden there he was, F8DBF in France 
calling CQ!  I called him a few times and waited for the "big guns" to 
finish, then he came back to me!

Think about that for a minute.  All I was using was a unity gain, PAR 
OmniAngle loop antenna at about 30 feet and 75 watts from my K-3. I 
caught Morocco, CN8, a few years ago on WSPR and though that was something.

Put up any kind of a six meter antenna and join the fun on FT-8!
