[SMCARA] New Net on KC3FOQ

 A new training net will begin on Thursday October 5th. The net is an
ARES / RACES Emergency Communications training Net.  The net will
start at 19:30 on 147.390 + PL 123.0
The net will last approximately one hour.. The net is open to all amateurs.
