[SMCARA] Officer elections

SMCARA hams,
Unfortunately, work committments prevent me from attending our meeting this evening. 
I'd like discuss a very important topic. Our upcoming elections.  After three years as an association officer, I'm stepping down this year. 
That means the Vice President and President position will be open for new blood, new ideas, a new future. Remember all those great ideas you have on how things could be better? Now is your chance to make them a reality. 
Have you considered running for one of the officer positions?  If not, why?  Have you considered what direction you want the association to head if no one will step up and run for office?  
Give it some thought and bring your ideas this evening at the HVFD Bingo hall at 1930.
