[SMCARA] Officer nominations - Update

SMCARA Hams:

I have received a nomination for Mr. Bob Rounds for Secretary.  Bob, will
you accept the nomination and will you serve as
Secretary if elected?  

The following persons have been nominated:

Ms. June Entzi KC3GYL President

Mr. Steve Dagey KA3WAP Vice President

Mr. Walt Rupp W3GYT Secretary
Mr. Bob Rounds, N3LDI, Secretary (has not yet accepted the nomination)

Mr. Rene Ramirez W3BNY Treasurer

We will accept nominations for officer positions via e-mail from now until
Sunday, July 23rd at noon EST. 
You may nominate yourself, if desired. 

To nominate someone, you must be a member in good standing (dues paid up to
date). 

In the body of the e-mail include your full name and amateur radio call
sign. In addition, clearly articulate the nominated person's First Name,
Last Name, officer position and call sign in the e-mail body.

After closing out nominations for officer positions, we will accept e-mail
votes for association officers until Wednesday, July 26th at 1200 EST.
Electronic votes received after that time will not be counted. 

At the July 27th association meeting, we will tally electronic votes and
accept votes from any members in good standing who are present.

I highly encourage your participation in this process. It's your association
- please vote.
