[SMCARA] Meeting new business discussion

Ren,  I may be of help, to bring a copy of Tom's (ND3N) 2016-17 budget 
plan.  This would allow members to get an idea of what the clubs account 
starting point was last year, what was forecasted to be spent, and where 
our account ended up at.  I think this would also give us a good idea of 
where we would be financially next year at this time, if we choose to 
purchase the tower.
