Greetings from the southern command. Glad to see the club is moving right along with Elections and such. One suggestion to the outgoing cabinet and previous officers is to generate a guidebook operations manual, or other document stating what the President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer. For the treasurer, information on the club bank acct, how to resolve accounts, and collect dues. 

Two big events in SMCARA is Field Day in June and Tailgate fest in October. Seems the Crickets volunteer to be the Field day coordinator every year. So if this manual contained, where to get the rules, tent rental, Newspaper contact, Food, Grill, Coffee oh and the Field day site it would help the coordinator so they don't get overwhelmed. For Tailgatefest,vendor advertising, vendor services, sign up, and site reservation/rental.
