OK!  We're making progress.

The phantom packeteer has solved the problem with the K3HKI repeater 
interference, but you now are spamming the backup repeater!

The backup repeater uses a different PL tone which will revert to 146.2 
When we need to use the B/U. This backup unit is on base on a 130 foot 
tower, unity gain antenna and 25 watts up the chimney, so the range will 
be less than on the main site.

So check your packet stuff and ditch any and all PL tones.
