[SMCARA] In need of some assistance

I have a Lafayette HA-800B receiver that I would like to do an alignment on.  I do not have a RF signal generator, and have not done an alignment like this before.  The procedure look pretty straight forward.  455khz, 2.806mhz, 3.5 and step up to 50 mhz, with a 1000hz tone and 30% mod.  I am wondering if someone has a signal generator to accomplish this, and has a little bit of time running through the alignment with me.  I have an O Scope to look at the output, just no signal generator.
