If you have not paid yet, please send a check/money order made out to
SMCARA (or cash if you trust the mail) to
SMCARA

on the notes section please put your call sign/family members call signs
so I can credit it to the right place. Oh, in case you forgot its 20
bucks and 21 for you and family. You don't need the sheet to renew. If
you have changes please put a little note in there so I can update the
database. Now what if you paid and your name is listed here. I do
sincerely apologize for the error. I went through the receipt book and
checked it a couple of times but I have been known to be a durp. So
just send me an OFF LIST email stating that you indeed did pay for the
year (or multiple years if you did) and I will update the list. Now,
what if you've moved out of the area or no longer wish to be a
sustaining member (Thank you PBS for that term) let me know OFF LIST as
well so I can move you to the inactive member side. This in no way
means you cant come back and visit us. You just cant vote on club
matters/officer elections or hold office. Oh and if you want to save
the stamp you are more than welcome to pay at the stated meeting on the
24th at the Hollywood VFD training room. We would enjoy seeing you
again with us.

Please don't forget that if you are considering a membership or even a
gift membership to the ARRL that I can process that for you as well.
And the club gets to keep a little bit of the 49 dollars that you send
me. If you are a member, please consider renewing through the club as
well. We wont get to keep as much but hey, every little bit helps!
Just let me know and I will email you the renewal form for you to fill
out and send back/give to me with your 49 dollar check.
Thats about it...Life happens and membership renewal slips our minds so
no biggie.
