[SMCARA] July Meeting minutes and Repeater report

Hello fellow hams.  The July minutes are now posted on the website.

Also posted on the main page as well as in the minutes is the repeater report that Tom Clarke W4OKW presented at the July meeting.  Please look over this report.  We will need to, as a club, decided the time frame for moving forward with some or all of his suggested items.

Also, we are again putting out the call for net controllers for the Tuesday night net.  It would be very helpful to have a few other that could step in and take over, even just once a month or every other month.  Please consider this and let myself, Jason N3YUG, or Chris KC3ERI know if you are interested.
