[SMCARA] 2017 - 2018 elections

SMCARA Hams,
It's been a pleasure serving you and the association the past two years.
I've enjoyed watching the association grow and develop. For various reasons,
I am unable to serve as an association officer after our next election (July
2017).  It's possible I'll be in a better position to serve the association
in the future.  However, I will step down in July 2017.  Please take the
time, now, to seriously consider who you want to lead SMCARA in the
2017-2018 time frame.  Perhaps YOU are the best candidate? Yes, YOU - that
person staring back in the mirror.  

I'll still be involved in association activities and will be glad to help
the leadership when requested.
