[SMCARA] Testing event tomorrow

Before it gets much later in the evening...

The testing session will be at the Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department 
(field day site) training room tomorrow at 0900.  Use the upper parking 
lot.  Enter on north side by the dumpster.  Second door into stair well 
down one flight.
