Our monthly association meeting will be held this Thursday, May 26th at
1930. The location will be at the 
Naval Air Station Patuxent River Aircraft Museum.  

This is an important meeting for you to attend; its primary focus will be on
Field Day preparation.

Here is the agenda:

Pledge of Allegiance

50/50 raffle

Introductions around the room (welcome new members)

Treasurer Report/Membership status. Note: The majority of our association
memberships will expire in July of this year.  
Please consider paying your annual dues at this meeting. If you are a
prospective new member, please fill out, print and

Status of Financial and Physical audit(s) (KH6CUJ, K3RWR, and W3JFF).	

Tail Gate Fest planning (Chuck Gantz (K3WJX)) 

Field Day Planning (Jason N3YUG and Chris KC3ERI).  June (KC3GYL) will
discuss her plans for food during Field day
and ask for your support.
