[SMCARA] Question RT Systems Cable

For the 5100A and 51A users in the group.  I have the RT Systems S/W with the cable to use with my ID-5100.  Tomorrow I'm going to order a ID-51A plus HT and the programming S/W.  Will the cable I already have work with programming the HT?
I'm pretty sure it will - but I can save a few bucks if I buy the S/W without the cable.
