[SMCARA] Field Day SWAG - expenditure of association funds

SMCARA Hams:

I propose allowing the SMCARA Field Day coordinator to purchase up to $150
of field day swag.

Swag will be purchased from the official ARRL website.  It will be
distributed as the Field Day
Coordinator sees fit.  Its primary purpose will be a token of appreciation
for members
Who assist in setting up Field day.

We will vote on this during the March association meeting.
