The test session was sent in today June 29, 2016. This weekend is the 4 of July and W5YI is closed. The new and upgrading hams will be processed next week depending on W5YI's backlog. New Tech Can't talk until they get/know their callsign. Upgrading ham's can get on the air immediately appending   their call with stroke ... (if you don't know this wait until you get processed and into the database)
